Check out the latest episode by Dr. Rhonda Patrick on Ketosis, a slow/low carb eating plan which uses good fats as an energy source as opposed to carbs/sugar. I have been following this diet since my cancer diagnosis with the hypothesis that if the cancer has no fuel (SUGAR) it will struggle to grow/replicate and I could essentially "starve" it out. Not only do I feel amazing, have great energy and mentally sharp as a tac, I am the leanest I have been ever with great muscle mass.
